INGREDIENTS
- 3 Large Yellow Onions
- 2 Bunches Green Onion
- 1Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Block Cream Cheese
- 1 Block Garlic Herb Boursin
- 2Tbsp Sugar
- 5-6 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Mayonaise
- 3Tbsp Butter

DIRECTIONS
- Begin by slicing your onions into 1/4” thick slices then throw into a pan with butter and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until caramelized. This process can take up to 1 hour or more to properly caramelize the onions
- Once the onions are caramelized, remove from the pan and give them a rough chop. Return to pan, keeping over low heat and add in your sugar, mixing well. This will create almost a jammy texture to the onions.
- Add in your garlic and Worcestershire Sauce, mixing well and cooking for approximately 1 minute. Then add in the cream cheese and Boursin cheese, stirring until melted and fully combined.
- Remove from heat and dump onion mixture into a large bowl. Add in the sour cream, mayonnaise, and thinly sliced green onions. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour mixture into an airtight container and store in the fridge overnight for best results then serve it up with your favorite chips!
